FAQ
How much space do you need on-site?
A spare conference room or any space roughly ten feet by ten feet is plenty. I need a bit of room for the backdrop and lighting, and an outlet. I'll confirm the setup with you before the day.
How long does each person take?
Just a few minutes each once we're rolling. I coach quickly and keep it moving, so a full team cycles through faster than people expect. I'll give you a schedule so nobody stands around waiting.
What if someone misses their slot?
It happens. We keep a little flex in the schedule for stragglers. If someone is out entirely that day, we can talk about a short catch-up session so their headshot still matches the rest.
Can people come to your studio instead?
Absolutely. Some teams prefer to send people to me a few at a time. The look stays consistent either way. We'll pick whatever fits your calendar best.
Will everyone's headshot actually match?
Yes. Same lighting, same background, same crop and head size for everyone. That's the reason to do it as one session instead of letting people submit whatever photo they have.
